NEED OF DYNAMIC LEADERSHIP IN INDIA

India is passing through transitional period .Many forces are challenging India internally as well as externally.Economic recession, terrorist activities, distrust by countries on Indian borders, emerging new leadership in America and other countries ,and other standing problems are big challenges to India.Internally, rising cast ridden political nexus, forces accelerating regionalism ,insecurity in the public due to uncertain terrorist attacks and increasing crime , economic depression, and corruption in all fields of life are serious challenges .
Indian trade with the concerning countries is effected due to economic recession.Export is not increasing and decreasing day by day. Many industrialist of India have lost their money in the international market. This persisting instability is nurturing insecurity in the Indian traders. To my mind this is not early to say that world market is entering in to new era.China is emerging rapidly as a big economic magnate in the coming decade.Brazil will be a new trade attraction in two decades. South Africa will play an important role due to its rich natural resource.Established economies of the world will remain as such without any further progress, In the changing scenario India has to play a vary dynamic and important role to save its interest .
Terrorism like an unwanted child of this country is growing day by day. The present leadership of the country is not combating it successfully,The failure of the government is responsible to emerge insecurity in the public. The common man has no confidence in the present leaders of the country .
The new leadership in America will create new challenges regarding nuclear deal and armament policy. The emergence of communist government in Nepal , instability in Bangladesh and Srilanka is great challenge to India.
In the present scenario India needs a dynamic leadership to accept these challenges successfully .

OBAMA, THE PRESIDENT

The president of US in 2009 has to face challenges on two fronts ,one internal and another external. In the country economic recession is major problem. Externally, the continuation of US operation in various nations is big challenge, These challenges needs tremendous changes in the internal policies and foreign policy.Economic recession is due to extreme liberal policies in banking and least control of government on banking sector . The government must legislate to control the bank securities .THE NEED OF THE TIME IS TO GIVE UP EXTREME LIBERALISM .The state should control all economic and financial policies in the interest of these institutes and the related ones.
The new president should think on foreign policy of G.Bush. The US forces in Iraq and other nations needs no further presence there. The NATO operations in various nations also needs review.LOOK TOWARDS ASIA ,AFRICA AND MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
